·         Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and details from the relevant provider.

·         Prices are quoted in GBP (£) or USD ($) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

·         We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before your booking is confirmed.

·         Payment may be made via credit/debit cards or other payment methods provided on the Website.

9. Third-Party Service Providers

10. Service Providers: Commission and Updates

·         Service providers offering products or services through Let's Book Florida Ltd. must pay a commission fee as specified in our agreements or as we communicate in writing. Commission is non-refundable.

·         Failure to pay commissions, provide updates, or respond to communication from Let’s Book Florida Ltd. may result in removal or suspension from the website.

·         Service providers must promptly notify Let's Book Florida Ltd. of any changes to their services, pricing, terms, or availability.

·         It is each provider’s responsibility to keep their listings and offerings current and accurate. Let’s Book Florida retains the right to amend or remove content as deemed fit.

11. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

·         Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing via email or through your online account, subject to the terms of the relevant travel provider.

·         Cancellations may incur charges as specified during the booking process. Some products or services may be non-refundable.

·         If your booking is cancelled by the travel provider, we will inform you and facilitate a refund or alternative arrangement, as applicable.

·         Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days, subject to travel provider policies.

12. User Comments and Other Submissions

·         If you submit ideas, suggestions, or content, we may use them freely in any manner.

·         We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential, pay for them, or respond.

·         We may monitor, edit, or remove content we find unlawful or offensive, though we are not required to do so.

24. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

·         If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and seek to resolve the issue promptly.

·         If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith before resorting to legal proceedings.
