There's also a chill spot to sit down, so everyone in the family can hang out and join the games. Plus, there's a wall fan to keep things cool while you play.

    • Situated the top of the stairs on the first floor is a small desk area if you need to use as an office.  

    Extended Pool Deck and Lanai 

    • The spacious 30' x 15' private pool offers a serene view of the adjacent conservation area. With sunlight gracing the pool deck throughout the day, guests can make full use of the pool at any time. The extended deck provides ample space for all to enjoy the outdoors, featuring six loungers and six chairs positioned around a full-size table beneath the lanai. 

  • Pool heating is £35 per night plus applicable taxes.

    A WC is situated near the lanai, so no need to go through the house. 

    For families with young children, a pool fence is provided for enhanced safety. The lanai area features a ceiling fan with lighting. For guests who wish to enjoy an evening swim or relax in the spa, the entire pool and spa area is illuminated.
